Family Requirements:

1. Re-registration for following year by March 1st.
   
2. Purchasing uniforms at the designated uniform shop(every day uniform & gym uniform).
   
3. Working two Sunday Bingo's during each school year.
   
4. Payment of $2.00 PTA membership fee.
   
5. Attendance at PTA meetings.
   
6. Participation in fund raising activities.
   
7. Completion of two emergency forms.
   
8. Submitting health records and student physicals. 
   • Sports physicals for basketball and/or cheerleading
     
9. Agreement to policies and procedures as stated in the Parent/Student Handbook and Diocese of Trenton Policy Book.

Optional Activities

Volunteering to participate in:

• Annual OLMC Fix Up Day
• Cafeteria Duty
• Baking for events (baking or sending food for events)
• Selling snacks at school
